• Although ScleraContacts.com does not sell contact lenses (a lens, by definition is an optical element which converges or diverges light and these fashion devices do not) and so no prescription should be necessary for use, I recognise that ScleraContacts.com advises to consult a medical doctor or optometrist before using sclera lenses.

• I fully assume all risk from ScleraContacts.com and release ScleraContacts.com from all legal liability. I understand that wearing any contacts inherently carry a small risk of injury and eye infection if improperly used and cared for. I have read the wear and care guide to minimize risk and understand that the risk of injury can never be totally eliminated.

• I understand that any local tax or custom duties are my responsibility.

• I understand the position my country holds on these devices and confirm they can be purchased and shipped to my country.
